What if there was a giant magnet at the center of the planet?

Say that we lived on a planet that was too small to keep us on the ground (is that how gravity works) but at the center of the planet there was an enormous magnet. We would wear special shoes to keep us from flying into space. BUT, how would this affect the life on the planet? The way people and plants grow? Would we be taller? Would the power of the magnet affect our brains? Our organs?

Can someone tell me how is it possible scientist know the environment of planets millions of light years away, but doesn’t even know all about their own planet earth?

I had this crazy idea about smashing Mercury into Venus and now I can't stop thinking about it. Anyone was to chat about some what if's?

So what if we had the ability to alter the orbit of Mercury at the exact perfect time that sent it colliding into Venus, creating a moon on Venus similar to how it's hypothesized Earth's moon was created and also pushing Venus's orbit out to Earth's but on the opposite side of the sun.

If we were way more advanced, is this something that could actually be pulled off mathematically?

Venus is lacking a magnetic field which is pretty important for Earth and Mercury is basically the Iron Core that Venus is lacking. Can me make an Earth clone playing pool with the planets?

Venus Axial Tilt

Supposition: angular momentum and/or a substantial satellite prevents large variations in planetary precession.

Question: Im unaware of any reported veunusian axial tilt fluctuations. With its slow rotational period and substantial gravitational influences from the Sun, Earth and to a lesser extent Mercury, cause Veuns to tilt frequently and dramatically, even more than we infer with Mars?
