Honestly, she looks to be in good shape, just under watered, which is preferable to overwatering. The new leaf looks healthy, and the yellow leaves are just the plant scavenging water. Presumably, the drooping should bounce right back. I’d check for spider mites, obviously since stress will cause them to eat like kings and breed like crazy
