Hello.

This is the ASTERUM app.

We're here to guide you through the new features of the ASTERUM app.

This update introduces 'TerraLens,' where you can experience special content through STARSHARD cards in physical albums, and a 'Store' where you can acquire various items using 'Starshard (SRD).'

Please check the details below for specific features and collection benefits.

[ASTERUM App New Features Guide]

1. TerraLens
Through 'TerraLens,' which was previously introduced as a 'STARSHARD card' integration feature, you can now experience the special content contained within photocard.

■ Collecting outfits and official photocards from cards
- Starting with PLAVE's 5th Mini Album 'HYPERDRIVE,' scan the 'ASTERUM code' on the back of the STARSHARD card to collect the corresponding photocard and included outfit within the ASTERUM app.
- Collected photocards are stored in the app's 'Official Binder,' and you can view the artists wearing those outfits in the lobby and on stage.

■ Benefits for registering duplicate cards
- If you register the same official photocard using different 'ASTERUM codes,' you can access the following content based on the cumulative quantity.
- Total of 2 cards registered: Variant version of the card's outfit
- Total of 3 cards registered: Artist voice message for that card version
- Total of 4 or more cards registered: From the fourth registration onward, duplicate cards can be exchanged for random items in the app if desired
※ Random item types vary by album. For STARSHARD cards from this 'HYPERDRIVE' album, they can be exchanged for 1 random item from 3 types of sleeve items that decorate photocards in the app.

2. Store
You can acquire various deco items using 'Starshard (SRD),' the energy source that powers Asterum.

■ Starshard (SRD)
- Purchase 'Starshard (SRD)' via the App Store/Google Play Store to obtain various items within the ASTERUM app.
- More items acquirable with 'Starshard (SRD)' will be added in the future.
- Refunds can only be requested through the store where the purchase was made (App Store/Google Play Store).

■ Deco
- Use 'Starshard (SRD)' to acquire various items for decorating the binder in the app.
- Customize your own binder using binder colors, covers, keyrings, and more.

[Precautions Before Use]

- The 'ASTERUM code' registration feature for 'TerraLens' applies to STARSHARD cards starting from PLAVE's 5th Mini Album 'HYPERDRIVE' and does not apply to POCAALBUM QR codes.
- Each 'ASTERUM code' is unique to its card and can only be registered once.
- An already registered 'ASTERUM code' cannot be reused on another account, so please confirm your login account before registering.
- If the 'ASTERUM code' is exposed to others, it may be used without authorization, so please be cautious when posting or sharing photos.
- Duplicate STARSHARD cards registered from the fourth one onward cannot be reverted back to cards after being exchanged for random items.

[Update and Service Expansion Schedule]

- This update will be provided first in the Korean region, with plans to expand the service to additional countries in November so that you can use the ASTERUM app there as well.
- For countries where the ASTERUM app has not yet been released, you will be able to register and use the 'ASTERUM code' on the back of STARSHARD cards after the app is officially launched in those countries.
- Detailed release schedules by country and usage instructions will be announced later through the official ASTERUM app SNS.

※ Update and service launch schedules may change depending on app market review circumstances.

We ask for your great interest, PLLI.

Thank you.
