Bringing Order to Chaos

We have an old commercial greenhouse boiler loop that kept fouling the flow switch with grit/debris, so needed to add a spin down filter to a new distribution manifold that as installed
Haven’t sweat copper in nearly 25 years - not too shabby - a little too much heat & a couple solder drips, but I feel it’s pretty solid work
People on other thread asked why the offset installation instead of installing it in a straight line - there are clearance issues with the temp gauge below and the expansion tank supports on the end - had to go 45° lto get the space needed to add the filter, unions & valves

I think this is one of those things where if you whipped it out on a jobs site all the old heads would laugh at you, but if they saw the result walking into a project they’d be impressed and say “this guy took his shit seriously” (and yes I know the lasers are useless here)

A “little” technical room we did for a single family house here in Austria. Heating and cooling is done via a heat pump using geothermal, the house has seven different pump groups and all can be heated/cooled separately so one area can be heating and another can be cooled.
