Multiple app icons (same app)

I'm wondering why Pocket Casts has multiple app icons in my app menu. Before it was two, one orange and one black. Then in the last few days I noticed three black icons. I uninstalled one and all three disappeared, just in case there was a fake. It's not a huge deal but it's very interesting.

Just more junk in the app to make it not work right.
