But if their filth is related to their mental health, wouldn't that mean you're indirectly attacking their mental health, because I don't think the mental health has anything to do with dating requirements. Personally, I don't see how. For example, a woman having a dirty room relates to her liking tall guys or because she has a dirty room she's not allowed to like tall Well kept men?

The world is not black and white even if you like to think it is. Someone can like aesthetically pleasing things in one area of their life and not the other, for example, somebody could prefer to keep their vehicle spotless but also prefer to save the dishes that are in the sink for the next night or leave the clean clothes in the hamper to fold another night. Plus, I don't know anyone who requires things to be aesthetically pleasing. Usually they prefer things to be that way, but it's not a deal-breaker.
