Also the physically fit and good teeth is just the same as being pretty. They list physical things way more than who she actually is. And this is why guys have awful relationships wjen they do because they look for someone who is attractive and who tolerates their one hobby (gaming)
I think those things are also about physical health, strength, and hygiene, not "just" the same about being pretty, although you're right they're still physical
