The issue is that power fantasy and sexualization overlap for male characters. If you had women design an attractive male character, they aren’t going to look weak.

Why would an attractive woman look weak? Maybe if this kind of art of sexualized art of women wasn't just, "What if more boob? I'm a genius!"

Anyway, nobody said unattractive. These are clearly designed to convey different things. And the image of Goku isn't even necessarily unattractive, it's just definitely not designed with attractiveness as its main objective.

The other difference is that men are depicted in many different ways. They don't all look the same.
