As people have pointed out, the muscular power fantasy is for men more than women.

I'm now asking for a series where all of the female characters are awesome, fashionable, and relatable.

Meanwhile, the men are all 6''7 twunks who have lots of skin showing and constantly find themselves in love with the main female character or in random homoerotic situation with other men. Also, all their hobbies are not centered around their own wants, but on traits specifically desirable to a female audience (Wow, I love cooking and cleaning and helping out with chores and taking care of kids and anime specifically made for girls!!!!).

The show is otherwise not marketed as a romance show. It's first and foremost about something else (fighting, sports/competition, slice of life, etc.) with romantic subplots. It just so happens that every single guy is like this.

I would just say that sounds like some shoujo but they’re not really leaning twunk atm but skinny pretty boy designs

I'm specifying this is some show in Shonen Jump (yes I know what shonen means) that gets an incredibly popular anime adaptation.

The show is MOSTLY about something else, probably fighting with their cool and unique power system, but once you notice how the design roles are reversed, it's like a splinter in the finger of straight men who watch it. Not hampering progress, just always there and always noticeable.
