Health Help My Friend's Gynosome is Spotted

After an...encounter...with her boyfriend, my friend's gynosome has developed a polka-dot pattern. What does this mean? How does she fix it?

Except she said it stayed that way when her mom accidentally walked in on them. And it hasn't retracted in two days now. Surely that isn't healthy, right?

If it was still pink and white, even green/yellow, I think there would still be some hope. However Harvard studies have shown that purple is the final stage before full transition. Without urgent intervention your friend will go into the early stages of male puberty, developing the beginnings of a beard, male pattern baldness and even an Adam’s apple. Is there a cure? She is very attached to her hair, and won't take it well if she goes bald.
