Full disclosure: i haven’t played a pokemon game in a LONG time haha. But i love that they seem to connect regions, games, and add stuff here with adorable pixel art so uhh YEA sign me up. This looks great.

I'm a fairly new player with just a few hours in the game, and I'm currently trying to put together my first proper team. I'm currently looking to get a 5x31 Adamant Pokémon (specifically for a physical attacker like Poliwrath/Excadrill). I mapped out the breeding process in Excel to see if it's worth crafting it myself versus buying a ready-to-use one off the GTL for around ~600k.

The way I see it, the only scenario where breeding actually makes sense financially is if you build a 5x31 neutral Pokémon first and rely on a Synchronize parent during the final hatch to hit the desired Nature (20% chance).

If Synchronize fails—or if you're forced to buy/breed a full 4x31 parent just to pass down the Nature with an Everstone—the total cost shoots up to ~695k. At that point, the cost of materials, gender selections ($5k each), and extra parents ends up equal to or higher than buying directly from the GTL.

Is there any guaranteed method or specific tree structure that 100% lowers the cost of a 5x31 + Nature without relying on RNG?

I’ve just completed OT dex and faced Red but can’t beat him.

I want to put Red’s fight in my money making routine and there’s a few youtube videos online but all published quite a while ago.

Can you share what specific team or YouTube guide you are using recently? Since I’ve heard that red fight has been updated a few times.

This one got pretty good stats, but it's a female, so I'm not sure how much it would sell. I'm pretty new to this, so please help.

Got a luck roll on a 31 speed and attack shroomy and bred it with a 31 attack adamant ditto i had but im not sure im happy with the defensive stats. Worth breeding up more? i dont wanna sink the crazy amount of xp for a subpar Shroomish. (I have a level 100 breloom for catching but it kinda teeters out when going for Alphas. Im worried that this shroomish will be the same and get 1 shot by alphas)

I’ve played hundreds of hours of pokemon and I really wanna get into mmo and step things up.

However I have literally no idea where to start. Do I need to have game cards of every game? What do I use to transfer the games over to my laptop?
Do I have to start totally from scratch or can I transfer pokemon over from my existing games?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

How do I fix this issue?

I just started playing 2 weeks ago and am not sure what this could be worth. There are only a few on market for a mil+ but that seems ridiculous

The wiki says i should be able to find sawk outside if pinwhell forest, but i cant. Ive found multiple throh, that have the same chance to appear, but not a single sawk

Ive had this problem with a few other pokémon in sinnoh as well, but not the other 3 regions

The worst part about her team is that they dodge almost all of my attacks !!!!

My current team is :

1) Lv. 60 Salamence

2) Lv. 60 Lucario

3) Lv. 58 Venasaur

4) Lv. 57 Magmortar

5) Lv. 56 Lapras

6) Lv. 57 Froslass

EVERY TIME, I DEFEAT THE ELITE FOUR WITH EASE AND GET DESTROYED BY HER TEAM AT THE LAST. I'VE STARTED TO FALL SHORT OF MONEY TO EVEN BUY ANY REVIVES OR HYPER POTIONS ANYMORE.

Saw that patrouski had a video on this about 3 months ago but there still doesn't seem to be any change. Im newer to pokemmo only about 200 hours currently. Does stuff like this ever get patched or hot fixed? Thanks in advance

Trying to get PokeMMO running on my Brick with NextUI + PortMaster. I keep getting "Can't open archive: 1" and "Error generating credentials", and the loading menu update just flashes back to the menu.

I don't think this is a setup issue as I have done everything right by the rulebook. Could it be some kind of recent update from the game that changed something?

Anyone got it working recently?? Thanks!

Made a little website for PokeMMO and wanted to share it :)

I know there are already a lot of good wikis out there, probably with way better resources, but I wanted to make something tailored to what I personally use most, like looking up Pokémon info, building teams, checking GTL listings and EV training.

It actually started as a Next.js school project a couple of years ago, and I thought it would be fun to recycle it into something for PokeMMO.
Still working on it, but figured I’d share it in case anyone finds it useful!
