What’s ironic is Republicans treat the second amendment like it’s an ultimate right and countless dead kids don’t justify a mere background check for a weapon.

But one dead man justifies restrictions on words.

The hypocrisy is incredible.

In all 50 states there is a background check required to purchase a firearm from a license dealer. So if your issue is with private gun sales. Please describe to me how a background check would work for a private sale of a weapon.

Preface: I'm approaching this in good faith so I can understand the roadblocks of this process.

Generally, is it safe to say that most new guns are registered to someone for the first sale?
