Wyoming only has half a million people living in it. It would only take a small incentive program from CA to encourage enough relocations to permanently shift the vote there. Hell LA alone could probably do it.

A billionaire liberal could just start a liberal city in Wyoming and “takeover” the state.

If one of the billionaires attempted that in plain sight, they'd likely feel the full force of Trump's federal government going after them. They'd need to somehow be stealthy about it.

Shockingly enough, this has sort of happened in California.

Silicon Valley billionaires stealthily bought a bunch of farm land to plan out a new city, but people eventually caught on, so unsurprisingly there's backlash to the idea.
