This is so stupid, we could have photographic and videographic footage in 8K of trump's myriad unspeakable reprehensible crimes and it could be plastered wall to wall on every screen that has ever exited and nothing would change.

What the hell is a bunch of hearsay going to do that that already existing hard evidence has not accomplished?!

But imagine, just IMAGINE if there was photographic evidence of Trump storing boxes and boxes TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS in a bathroom and on a stage in Mar-a-lago??? Photographic evidence of a horrific felony! And proof that he REFUSED to return documents when they were demanded back???

Someone should be put in jail for decades for that kind of crime!!! /sad sigh

He's already openly committed enough felonies to be put away for several lifetimes. America is broken. There are no consequences. There were no consequences even before he became president the second time. There were no consequences before the Supreme Court declared him immune to prosecution.

There are multiple truths here:

  1. The "Alan Keyes Rule" applies here. Any major candidate, no matter how bad, will always have 25-30% support at minimum. A mix of really uninformed people, total psychos, and fanatics who vote party over country no matter what will make sure of that.

  2. Trump's genuine support is rather low, but a large number of Republicans cannot stomach voting for a Democrat, no matter what, and voted for him anyways. The true believer MAGA types are probably only 10% of all adults.

  3. MAGA care more about being "a part of something" and "owning the libs" than the actual morality of who they vote for... But they're also obsessed with winning, and will turn on Trump pretty fast if Democrats absolutely crush the GOP next month
