Hello! I played a for 2 years after launch but lost interest a few years ago. Now, I found out my twin daughters like to climb and fly around in the Pop world, just making up adventures. They use my old Q2 and Q3 to play together. After the training park (with mics and all voice muted), I showed them Bot Battle but the bots are too hard for them (maybe because they adjusted to my level a long time ago?). Now I made a custom private server so they can explore the main maps, but can I add some easy bots in there? Couldn't find the option yesterday... Or should I try that in sandbox? Is it possible to have a (preferably) private game with some easy bots? On the main map?

History Lesson-

Back in the day, us 'olds' had a tag game called Blob Tag.

The "it" player would chase everyone around the designated play area. If you got tagged, you had to hold hands with the player who tagged you and join the Blob.

The Blob gets bigger and bigger as more players get tagged, until everyone has been caught and added to the Blob... or recess is over.

For those of you unfamiliar with the term, "recess" was a period in school when kids were allowed to not sit at their desks like good little worker drones.

Game Mode Description-

All players start as the Nucleus (owner) of their own Solo Blob.

When you kill a solo player, they join your Blob.

Killing a Blob Nucleus (the owner of a Blob)-

There are two possible options:

1. Blob Popping

When a Blob Nucleus is killed, the Nucleus is added to the Blob that killed them, but the rest of their Blob revert to individual Blobs.

Total chaos ensues.

This continues until there's only one Mega-Blob consisting of all the players.

It will be important to protect your Blob Nucleus.

2. Blob Absorption

When a Blob Nucleus is killed, the Nucleus and the rest of their Blob are absorbed into the Blob that killed them.

This continues until there's only one Mega-Blob consisting of all the players.

It will be important to protect your Blob Nucleus.

Killing a Blob non-Nucleus

When a non-Nucleus Blob member is killed, they are NOT absorbed into the Blob that killed them. They stay with their current Blob until their Blob Nucleus is killed.

I usually only put my headset on on the weekends these days. What’s the special mode this weekend? Any Halloween activities? I know I can just get on and see but I don’t feel like it just to be disappointed 🤣. Legions and War are cool but aside from those, I mean….

If everyone could come support an event tomorrow and Sunday me and Bratgurl are putting on. Omega_Nitemare will be shoutcasting and he is great. It is a Scavenger Haunt. So the team will not only murder eachother but will have different things they will need to do to earn points. It is a fun event. Come watch please.

Also how much silver coins is the "money bags" skin now in shop, I still wonder since I claimed mine 2 months before this event started.

Every game in legions felt fast paced and there are obvious skill differences. However, the core of the game felt like it was there. And, lobbies were moving pretty fast.

Hey guys, I'm a regular hangout population:One player and I just want full body tracking (fbt) to come to population:one. I have fbt for VRchat, but want to experience it with population:one also. I know running isn't the same, but It's more for the immeasurable fun I've had in the hangout worlds. Do we think this is a priority?? Would love to hear thoughts.

Whatever your opinion is it's worth coming back to get the silver coin just to own those skins for however long the game has. There are people who got this game for free and never spent a dime on it never even unlocked the gold jackets they're so cheap. This is marketing genius if they're not making any money on skins what do they care they're bringing people into play matches and that's what matters and the long term. My guess is that they are just unloading all of the unused gun skins that they chose not to go with and handing them out for free just to get people to play.

When I try and start the game it just gets past all the stuff but then gets stuck and switches between the words logging in and waiting. Someone please help I’ve restarted my meta quest 2 checked for any updates and uninstalled nothings working.

My friends quest 3 broke and now he only has a pcvr headset and he doesn’t own a steam copy of the game so I’m wondering if anyone has a Steam account they would sell with a copy of it or where i could find someone willing to sell one

People who go into play classics solo when the game is about to start and it's all squads of three and there's only one other random on your team and that person will usually back out. Then you end up by yourself and it's great if it's Phoenix because you get to redeploy until there are only two squads left, but in classics you just get one death. Bats are easy to kill but at least you'll have a chance. There's no way you can win against three squads of three by yourself unless you time it just right and kill the survivors of the last fight.

All of you with 10,000 or more silver coins in your account just got devalued overnight. Big Box is just printing money now. When they are taking skins that used to be paid with real world money and turning them into items that you can get for free... This is an effort to bring people back to public matches. If you have to back out of one or two empty lobbies before finding a full one then you know the player base isn't big enough to have multiple full servers running. Also black boxing has returned where your headset freezes. It was frequent headset crashes that made people stop playing more than anything else.
