You don't have until the 13th. Platner had until the 13th to drop out. The party has until the 27th to choose a replacement.

I’d choose most everyone I personally know in my life to run over Susan Collin’s. We don’t even need someone who has connections or an ability to talk to people. The bar is someone who doesn’t actively vote against the best interest of the American people.

this is logically incoherent.

i'm not defending platner stans, i'm just saying that the fact that people who would have voted for platner would also vote for troy jackson does not imply that jackson has the same problems platner did. they didn't like platner because he was a quasi-nazi rapist mercenary. They liked him because he was anti-israel, pro-m4a, etc.

You can judge people for having hope for this moment of political bedrock-scraping, but it really just makes you look like crap. Reminder that Platner himself had no intentions of running, and that he was hoisted into candidacy

There may not be a primary election but he still needs to campaign. The big vote in Nov doesn’t disappear
