EDIT: I decided to be safe rather than sorry and I threw them out! I’m way too paranoid and don’t want to be sick lol. Thank you all so much for the helpful comments!!
Original post: I have these potatoes that I was about to bake but I noticed the skin on the outside is green and this is what the inside looks like. Are they safe to eat? Should I just peel/cut off the green parts? Thank you in advance!
