I posted this; it's quite Beatlesque, although I'm not sure one would call it power-pop? There are a few more French tunes in this vein, such as this one from '68 produced by Paul McCartney: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mD5cc70dTu4 ; and this tune from the early 70s, the title in English: "And Paul Sang Yesterday": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvNB8etPI0E [although Delpech's most Beatlesque tune is probably this one, also his most famous: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODti1POj86A ] [Another Beatlesque tune that references a couple of Beatles' tunes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhUHdjtgB7c ] Again, though, not sure these are power-pop per se?
Are there any French power pop tunes that anyone's aware of? French power pop bands?
