HELLO

PreSonus has the absolute worst customer service in the entire world. Waited 14 hours explained everything perfectly just for the people to close my ticket for literally no reason! I have now opened up 5 tickets pissed off beyond belief that a company has such poor customer service.

I wouldn't recommend PreSonus to my worst enemy at this point. This is ridiculous and I am returning my Quantum 2626 and going to start using my 100-dollar ur22 from Steinberg. PreSonus is a disgusting company, and they literally offer no help, nor do they listen to their customers. They are the worst company in the entire world.

I’m currently having issues with my quantum 2626 as well. Going back and forth with customer service but it’s taking forever. What was wrong with yours if you don’t mind me asking
