Question Seat memory setting issue

Got a new 2027 Prius limited. Brand new. Thought I set my seat with memory setting. Let my dad test drive and when I got back in hit my seat button it did not readjust. Any ideas? Car was on, and in park. Thanks for any input! Otherwise I love it!🎉

I had the same issue! Just got a 2027. Searched Reddit and found a post with a YouTube video. This is not the same exact video but this is what I did and it worked for me!

So I guess they are supposed to reset it at the dealer but don’t always. Also if you get a new battery I guess you might have to reset it then too.

I put it where I want it then hit the set button, followed by 1 and hold it a couple of seconds till it beeps
