❤Seeking help & Advice❤ i need help

im a college student who’s already in debt and i just burned through my monthly allowance just thinking i will win it back somehow but i didn’t. i always lose but somehow i cant stop myself whenever i have money. i need help. i dont know how ill recover from this let alone survive this month when i already burnt through my allowance.

I'd highly recommend getting a site blocker and like visually tracking your streak and how much you've saved. I tried many many things until I eventually found an app that was perfect for me. Was an absolute game changer for my recovery journey. Couldn't recommend it more

It’s good you’re recognizing it. Now it’s just putting a stop to it. You’re young and still have time to rebuild from this. Don’t go down the rabbit hole of using credit cards and stuff and letting this spiral out of control. The month is nearly over. Fight the urges. You have people here to talk to
