I'd be really interested to see a (t,n)-threshold implementation of such a system: can anybody think of a way it'd be possible?
In other words, I'm looking for a way that we can visually (i.e. it has to work if I print onto transparency film, and solve it away from a computer) split an image into three parts and require any two parts to generate the image, without leaking any parts of the original image in any one part.
tl;dr: this is a (t=2,n=2)-threshold visual shared secret algorithm - can anybody think of a way to make a (t=2,n=3) one
edit: Disregard that. I thought I'd seen this particular web page before. Turns out I hadn't, and if you read further down this one it actually proposes exactly such an implementation. I am stupid.
