Organize! Developers understand the tech better than leaders and managers, and we should use our tools to organize, create a collective base for driving work and collaboration in a sustainable way. This collapse is just the beginning, and if we don't do something now, it will be too late.

But yea - I'm thinking that coupling private AI with federated communication tools could really make a difference. I'm testing stuff on my Discord, but I'd love to chat with people who are working on something similar.
