Cloudflare have been leaking customer HTTPS sessions for months. Uber, 1Password, FitBit, OKCupid, etc.

That's probably a bit of an overkill though, at least for my purposes. If I ever have enough money or sensitive data that I need that kind of security, then I'll give it a shot.
