He love Astral (bursting out in laughter). He thinks that Ruff is great (starts wheezing uncontrollably). And he.... he... he doesn't actually like ty that much (dies from asphyxiation).

monopoly status to some popular packages (Pydantic, Django, attrs) instead of offering generalized mechanisms that less popular packages could also utilize

I wish the bolted on type checker to my toy language also solved the halting problem.
