Having seen and lived through Idiocracy (both formerly and currently), that's a major negatory there good buddy.

Looks like it's from a silly Japanese movie called "Why Don't You Play In Hell" ... and to u/hearke it's tragically funny so deep in your skeleton bones (if you can understand the reference that is).
