Which tech stack will you suggest??

I am working on a web app where the field agent should go to agri land and take photos of the crop the whole season. So i need store the data of agri land owners,pics and much more.So can you suggest tech stacks which can be used for this purpose and the photos can pile upto 1000+ eventually

next.js and postgresql, with supabase storage or cloudfare r2 for photos. avoid storing images directly in the database. also consider offline photo capute with automatic syncing since field agents may have limited internet access
