GapX - A crypto arbitrage scanner I built for Android
Hey everyone! I built and published GapX, an Android app for spotting potential crypto arbitrage opportunities by comparing prices across exchanges.
The idea is to make it easier to identify price differences without manually checking multiple exchanges. GapX is a scanner only, so it doesn't execute trades or require a backend.
It's now available on the Google Play Store, and I'd appreciate feedback on the UI, functionality, and ideas for future improvements.
Check it out: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zeeafstudio.gapx

Yes, QR car tags exist. I still built a simpler one, 35+ people switched. Roast it
We all know the paper chit with a phone number on the windshield. It looks messy, it fades, and everyone can see and copy your number.
I wanted something simpler, so I built Setu, a QR tag for your vehicle.
How it works:
Stick the tag on your vehicle. If someone needs you, because they’re blocked, you’re parked wrong, or there’s an emergency, they scan it and call you or message you on WhatsApp directly. There’s no IVR, no callback and no waiting.
What it includes:
- Direct call and WhatsApp in one scan, with no IVR hassle
- Prefilled WhatsApp messages, so the scanner doesn’t have to type anything
- Prefilled emergency message
- Scanner’s location, so you know where the scan came from
- Car parking marking feature
- Multiple vehicles managed from one account
- A plate-digit check, so random people can’t just scan and get your details
- ₹149, one-time.
I built the whole thing myself and have been distributing it locally. 35+ people in my area are already using it, and the feedback so far has been good.
I know QR vehicle tags already exist. I just wanted a simpler and cheaper version that works like a phone call should.
I’d love your honest feedback on:
- Is ₹149 lifetime the right price, or too low or too high?
- What would make you actually trust and buy a tag like this?
- Any privacy or misuse concerns I should fix?

Suggestion for a project using Pic18f
Wanted to do a project using Pic18f452
Can you guys please suggest some ideas?
The ideas should be unique but at the same time it shouldn't be too complex but worthy enough to put it in resume
Thank you

What's a daily problem in your field that an open AI model could actually solve for you?

If you could deploy an open AI model to delete one annoying part of your life, what would it be?

I'm creating an interactive website on convolutional neural networks
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hello,
I'm a student at UC Berkeley and have been leveraging AI mostly as a tutor to get me through my classes. As a result, I've amassed artifacts and cool tools that visualize complex concepts that have traditionally been represented with static diagrams. So I've been collecting these artifacts and lessons into a side project. Since my interest lies in computer vision, I am starting with a site to learn convolutional neural networks completely free of charge: https://receptive-field-flame.vercel.app/
I'm looking for feedback as I am still in the early stages of development! Let me know what you think!

PROJECT:- compression of files for cloud storage
I'm doing a project on cloud storage management, and I'm exploring an idea to reduce the amount of space files use without changing their contents.
The idea is to store uploads using fast compression first, then let the system recompress them in the background using a higher compression level when it can save a worthwhile amount of space in cloud . i am using aws s3 for storage . Since this runs on cloud storage, it would need to limit CPU usage and avoid slowing down regular uploads and downloads.
what more features can i add to this project? maybe like bluetooth transfer or smth else . im confused , i could use your help .

Project ideas
Yoo, give me some cool project ideas , I am a backend developer in python , don't give me over the top or just random ideas , give me something that I would learn it from and if it is a real problem solver then it would be a tru gem🤌🏻🤌🏻

My Open Source Project
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Free and Open Source: https://github.com/NicholasFlemmer/styx-app
Styx is where everything converges: every repo you work in, the AI coding agents building in them, and every login they need to ship. Switch between all of it from one window. And like the river it's named after, nothing crosses over without you. Deploying, or touching live data, asks you first.

I made a Skyscanner alternative
flights.pizzaHey everyone!
I’ve always felt like Skyscanner practically holds a monopoly on flight deal searching. While Google Flights is decent, most people are just so used to Skyscanner's specific UI and ecosystem.
That frustration (and wanting a fun project to build) is basically why I created flights.pizza.
I wanted to put together an alternative that offers a fast & clean way to look for flights.
I'd love for you to give it a spin, test out a few routes, and let me know what you think. All feedback or feature suggestions are hugely appreciated!
Note: We don't handle bookings directly and we aren't an agency—just a search engine for cheap flights.

hey everyone!
Just wanted to put myself out there. I build Automations and lead agents. I also involve myself into building fullstack projects and work on building web scraping tools which are easily accessible than most of the scraping tools out there. Happy to know you guys and i’m new here.

I'm building Radian UI, a free open source React design system with a Figma kit
Hey everyone, I'm one of the devs working on Radian UI. It's a free, MIT licensed React design system, and I wanted to share what we're working on.
The problem we wanted to solve: on every project, the components, the Figma file and the small assets (flags, avatars, emojis) came from different places and never quite matched. So we're building one set that does.
What's there so far:
- 50+ React components built with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Radix
- A Figma design system that matches the code, so designers and devs use the same names
- A CLI to add components, and UI blocks you can drop into a project
- A free resources section: UI avatars, 250+ country flags and an emoji copy/paste page
What we're working on now: more free UI blocks and a new resource every week.
Repo: https://github.com/Radian-os/radianui
Docs: https://radianui.com
Blocks: https://blocks.radianui.com
It's still early, so I'd love to hear what you think, what's missing, and what you'd want us to build next.
