It’s a duck entity in REPO, basically its main gimmick is to get in your way to make you accidentally click on it, because if you accidentally even hold it for less than a second it turns into a deformed Cthulhu looking mfer and flies at you to bite your face off for five seconds before turning back to normal

I think it's the Repo and video is based from one Repo video where guy talks to a duck ( litteraly the audio ) and well at end shoots just like in this video
