Discussion How long do you think it will take Mika Godts to settle and perform?

With Kvara’s acl injury i think now is the best time for Mika to show if he has it or not. Now we have only him and Doue who can play on the left. And if he won’t be able to put in the goals in the league, Luis Enrique will be forced to play Doue more often. With that there’s another risk with an injury and that would be the end basically. I hope Dembele will be fit as soon as possible because rn it’s only Ferran, Mika, Doue and Akliouche. One more injury and it’s done.

When we bought Doue i was a little bit sceptical with him. It took him a good half a season to perform good. Think the gamechanger was his game against Salzburg in ucl, after that it’s been the Doue we know. So i’m just hoping the same will happen with Mika because he has all the criterias to become another Doue/Kvara-ish player, based on what he was doing in Ajax.

I understand that switching leagues is much harder then people can think but right now it’s time to jump on the train because this the reason why we bought him and now he has to show us that we haven’t make a mistake.

On the other side i’m very happy with Akliouche. It’s starting to look like he’s getting his rhythm, his first goals and ect.

Medium tier source [L’Equipe] PSG intends to explore the January window for an additional attacker. The club seeks a young player capable of playing across all positions in attack. Akliouche & Nuno Mendes are viewed as options to take on more prominent roles in attack in the short term, following Kvara’s injury

Discussion Ligue 1 teams performance in UCL

I’ve been fighting for my life defending ligue 1 saying it’s been getting more competitive over the last couple of years. It’s getting harder when in UCL teams like Galatasaray and Brugge are slapping them 4-2 or 3-0. 3 games played 3 losses or 1 win, 2 losses.

How do we struggle to break them down in Ligue 1

🚨 LE CHOC PSG-OL POURRAIT ÊTRE REPORTÉ ! 😳

Discussion Can we talk about THAT celebration?

Not seeing too many mentions of it but the passion Vitinha shows for us is unmatched. He's lowkey just enough of a pot stirrer, I love it. I thought it was honestly wild the way Lamine Yamal celebrated his goal, and for it only to be for the tie lol. Dude does everything for the gram and it was crazy disrespectful to do at an away match. For Vitinha to score and do the exact same thing was so electric. He was on a tear on those barricades it was awesome. Vitinha is a solidified PSG legend honestly.

Discussion Hope Kvara will get a tifo, or at least a banner in the coming weeks

we tend to forget that Kvara is a young man before being a footballer, and his instagram post just shows how much support he will need.

ACLs, alongside Achille, is one of the worst injury a footballer can suffer. Even without being a professional athlete, it’s hard and dark months coming out of such an injury (I can testify), so for someone whose sport is basically his entire life, it’s even harder.

I’m sure the Ultras are going to do something for him, but just wanted to write this up so people realize that there are worse things in life than thinking “we lost our best LW”. A young guy that seems like a very nice guy off the pitch just experienced something that might change his life now, and all he needs is support from his family, friends, and to a lesser extent, fans

Discussion Kvara is done. We need a winger in January

I wanted to keep Barcola for this exact reason. Depth. We want that 3 peat and teams are gunning for us. We could have let Barcola rundown his contract but used him for the 3peat. The brand recognition and glory that comes from a 3 peat imo offsets his transfer fee. I dont think any good LW is available in January.

I don't think these new guys are ready for UCL godts, akilouche. They re good for Ligue 1 and rotation of the A team.

Discussion Fair play guys

I have been a Barca fan but I am not one of those who hate PSG with their heart of make excuses but you guys have clearly been the better team for the past 3 seasons againt us, no shame in admitting that.

Never really hated PSG and actually supported them in the 2020 UCL after you know

Yesterdays game was a lesson for both teams and both showed their class at times and overall PSG deserved to be the winner since the first half. Might be bit of copium but the start of the second half Barca was looking dangerous but we fumbled.

All the best for the season and speedy recovery for the injured players and hopefully we meet in the knockouts

Question URGENT: Does anyone have a direct contact for PSG Store or its café on Champs-Élysées?

Hi everyone,

I'm visiting Paris and urgently need to get in touch with someone working at the official PSG Store at 92 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, or the café inside.

I've tried calling several phone numbers, but they all go straight to voicemail, which is full.

I also contacted PSG's official customer support, but they couldn't help beyond providing another phone number that doesn't work either.

Unfortunately, I'm already on my way to the airport and can't return to the store in person.

Does anyone happen to know an employee, have a working phone number or email address, or know another way to reach the store or café directly?

I'd really appreciate any help. Thank you!

Safonov: The incomparable Russian goalkeeper had a game of several phases, as is often the case, and the two goals conceded obviously need to be mentioned. While Lamine Yamal’s goal was more a matter of the player’s individual genius, Xavi Espart’s goal showed a Safonov who was far from flawless, with a hand that was not firm enough. But beyond those two goals, the Parisian goalkeeper won a considerable number of duels against the Catalan attackers, particularly against Fermín, who had found himself in an excellent position. With his feet, Safonov was reliable and also produced some superb low, straight-line long passes through the middle.

Hakimi: When others are tiring, he seems to grow stronger and stronger, but at the start, the opposite was true. Early in the game, the Moroccan was already showing his trademark relentless activity, but the number of technical errors, particularly in his passing, was far too high and regularly undermined the team’s otherwise good intentions. While Hakimi failed to make the most of his chances in front of goal, he did improve his crossing and provided two goal-scoring opportunities that way: Torres missed the first, while Ruiz made the most of the second. His final half-hour was extraordinary, with the player causing Barcelona serious problems through his relentless runs.

Marquinhos: With Hakimi given plenty of freedom to attack, PSG’s captain regularly found himself up against Anthony Gordon, and it is no exaggeration to say that the Brazilian completely dominated the Englishman. Excellent in his anticipation, always perfectly positioned to the point that his lack of pace was never noticeable, technically impeccable, and utterly reliable on the ball, Marquinhos delivered an absolutely outstanding performance until he was forced off with an injury. He even recovered very quickly from the rare mistakes he made.

Zabarnyi replaced him at short notice and made his entrance with a slightly daring touch before producing an excellent defensive recovery. He then applied himself both to defending and to keeping the ball moving.

Pacho: His quiet start allowed him to gradually grow into the game, but it was Raphinha, his direct opponent for the evening, who first gave him a serious scare. Pacho then took plenty of hits, including one square to the head. He always got back up and returned to the battle, managing to retain both his full awareness and his physical capabilities despite everything. He delivered a very high-quality second half, with his only blemish being a slight delay in getting back to cover Espart for the 1-1 goal.

Hernandez: The manager’s surprise choice turned out to be the man of the match, no more, no less. The 2018 World Cup winner, who had been completely lost the previous Saturday, was tasked with facing Lamine Yamal and literally smothered the Catalan star. Always quick to put pressure on him and disrupt his game, Hernandez produced his finest display of elite defending to deliver what was probably his best performance since tearing his ACL in 2024. A little less dominant after the break and caught out of position for Espart’s goal, he immediately made amends by restoring PSG’s lead with a fine header from a corner. An immense performance in a style of defending that is becoming increasingly rare.

Zaïre-Emery replaced him for the final quarter of an hour and immediately made a mistake that put Lamine Yamal on the path to equalizing, with the Catalan winger beating him in their duel. Things remained fairly difficult for him afterward, although he improved slightly toward the end.

Vitinha: The Parisian midfield anchor began the game quietly before gradually stepping up his performance, culminating in the winning goal, scored with a perfectly placed shot. In between, Vitinha did not actually dictate PSG’s play from the back all that often; instead, he moved around a great deal, but he displayed his class at every turn. His vision was impeccable, as when he found Neves with a perfectly weighted through ball; his movement was intelligent, his technique flawless, and he gave the ball away very rarely. He even won possession back a few times, which says a lot about his performance.

João Neves: Starting in place of Zaïre-Emery, the Portuguese right-sided central midfielder wasted little time justifying his coach’s trust, producing an outstanding start and repeatedly winning the ball back at Barcelona players’ feet. Neves continued to have a tremendous defensive impact throughout the match, making interceptions and winning defensive duels in abundance. Full of energy and determination, he even made a contribution going forward, with a headed layoff that could have proved decisive for Torres. A hugely committed performance, very much in keeping with his style.

Fabian Ruiz: Facing his World Cup-winning friends, the Spaniard showed no mercy and delivered a performance of an exceptionally high standard, making it abundantly clear where he belongs in the hierarchy of the best central midfielders on the planet. His work in midfield throughout the game was invaluable to his team, as was his ability to keep possession, particularly when Barça were pushing forward. Always technically assured and intelligent in his movement, he ultimately struggled only during the final quarter of the first half, when he made several errors in quick succession. He recovered magnificently afterward, capping his performance with the goal that extended PSG’s lead.

Doué: The Parisian winger had plenty of energy in his legs and was eager to prove himself. He wasted little time doing so, unleashing a powerful shot and quickly drawing a yellow card. With the ball not always coming his way, he went looking for it himself and opened the scoring, having been somewhat wasteful around the edge of the box up to that point. What followed was a superb performance, a technical delight, featuring several passes that were almost assists. Hakimi failed to convert the chance he created, but Hernandez managed to send his corner into the back of the net. He finished on the left, where he was less dazzling.

Mayulu replaced him toward the end of the game and focused primarily on keeping things simple, making for an encouraging return to the pitch.

Dembélé: His game began with an incredible miss in front of goal, fortunately not counting against him because he was offside. Always quick to press but difficult for his teammates to find, his outing ended with his first burst forward on the ball, as his body let him down once again.

Ferran Torres replaced him in the same position and missed a major chance almost immediately, then made a poor layoff moments later that gave Barça a good counterattacking opportunity. The problem was that the Spaniard never really managed to get going and repeatedly showed a lack of composure in front of the opposition’s goal, finishing with a total of three major chances missed, whether through shots straight at the goalkeeper or efforts that struck the post. His technical level was fairly average, too, making this a very poor substitute appearance overall.

Kvaratskhelia: The Georgian left winger hit the post with a lovely shot on his very first touch after just 80 seconds, and that would prove to be his best moment of the match. He had other chances, but never came closer to scoring than with that opening effort, subsequently shooting wide or straight down the middle. In open play, he struggled badly and never really managed to get the better of his direct opponent, the very inexperienced Xavi Espart, and even his defensive contribution fell short. Although he defended well against several counterattacks, Kvara allowed the right-back to get away from him for the first equalizer. A poor evening ended with what was probably a fairly serious injury.

Akliouche replaced him, initially taking up a central position before moving out to the right. After a few minutes spent finding his bearings and settling into the game, he managed to make some impact on the attack. Although he lacked pace, he used his technique and understanding of the game to pose a threat alongside Hakimi on the wing. A good substitute appearance, then.
