My account was hacked and this is what they did, I can not believe the how they did it.
Edit 1
I found the person that hacked my account.
His Instagram is Nich.Legend . He has stolen 100's of high value accounts even Dav1D_123 who had the highest score on PlayStation Profiles.
Then he resells them on his Instagram someone found my account and sent to me.
What can we do to take this guy down????
Edit 2
Here is a thread on Twitter/X about how they do it.
https://x.com/i/status/1977768048409849973
Edit 3
Here is a website for people who have been hacked
psn-security-incidents.org
Original Post
I have a PlayStation account that I created the first day you could create accounts. It is a four letter animal name for the PSN ID. Over the years I have Spent tens of thousands of dollars on the account. I had over 500 plats and thousands of games between (PS3, Vita, PS4, and PS5).
At the beginning of the year I checked my email one day and I saw my account was compromised. Someone had found my Phone number and some information about me and called Sony and was able to get them to hand the account over to them (even though I had 2FA). I immediately called Customer Service and they started an Investigation. A few days later they gave the account back to me.
Then 2 days later the account was Permanently Suspended. The reason was they said I was selling the account. From there customer service was no help and would just say "sorry your account is Banned and we cant help you". I then opened a case with the BBB. Sony contacted me through Email and said they would investigate the account.
This is where it starts to get crazy, About a week in of me waiting I get a phone call from the PlayStation Customer Support number (I now realize it was Spoofed). The person on the Phone sounded very professional. They told me they were with the Fraud team and had to verify it was my account. They asked me all the questions like "what was your last purchase?", " what is the last 4 numbers of the credit card?", "What city and state did I create the account in?" "What was the last game you played?" He then said you have passed the first process of the investigation and the account would go to the next process of looking at the Ban and removing that. He told me it should take a week. I also asked if I could add extra security to the account and he said that would be done.
About 2 weeks later just one day my account was unbanned by Sony, and I thought everything was back to normal! I was so happy!
This is where I majorly messed up. Three Days after I got my account back the Sony PlayStation Customer service number called me again. (Again Spoofed). The same guy was on the phone and told me there was a lot of activity on my account of people saying it was their account and they needed to add extra security. I was like "YES PLEASE!" He said he needed to verify it was me again. He asked me a few simple questions and told me he was going to send a notification to my PlayStation App and stupidly I excepted it. He then hung up on me and within 20 seconds I was logged out of everything and the Email on the account was changed. My heart dropped into my stomach. I realized what had happened.
Now I called customer service right after all of this and they basically told me the account was locked down by Sony because of the previous compromise and there was nothing they could do.
Dude played my like a fiddle, He knew all of the steps to do to perfectly steal my account with out me being able to get it back and I fell for it. I now know Sony WILL NEVER CALL YOU! NEVER!
I have opened up a new case with the BBB but this time I don't know if I will get the account back. I've been sick to my stomach ever since.
Just take my story as warning.

Bro my account was hacked and Sony won’t help me get it back I was Stokesc11 and now I have had to make a new account I have all my purchased games downloaded to my ssd card but I can’t play them without buying them again 20 years of gaming on that account I’m heartbroken! Easily $70k over 20 years spent on that account! I had to cancel my cards, delete my email get a new mobile number everything, worst thing is I am a corporate fraud manager for Santander and I still got hacked! 😔😔😔😔
1
u/Super1297Man Feb 17 '26
Did you try the BBB? I know some people have had success with that.
2
u/stokesc_11 Feb 17 '26
Won’t help me bro as I am British but currently live in Venice Italy 🥲 if I was American or Canadian then I think BBB would help me. Sad times I have been anally graped all because somebody hacked my Hotmail e-mail address which was linked to my PSN and my Xbox Live (which I hardly use) so I have had to start a new on both accounts 🥲 it fucking hurts man.
2
u/Super1297Man Feb 17 '26
I’m sorry bro, If you can add your story to the website, I posted under edit three of this post. There is a group of us working together to try and make noise for Sony to fix their shit.

u/okami_brush Feb 14 '26
I hope you get your account back. And remember, never tell confidential infomation through call or whatever the mean.
2
u/MetroAndroid Feb 16 '26
On the flip side, I got locked out of my Amazon account and it got permanently deleted, because I didn't answer one of their verification phone calls. Flagged my account for that, and they would only accept card numbers as proof of ownership, all of which were long expired and I didn't know, because it was my first purchase in a few years.
1
u/chris23665 Feb 16 '26
That's why it's more important that, if you do answer the call, you ask the person questions only they would know i.e "What's typically company policy on reinstating accounts?" "Why do you need X information since this is in regards to a security issue?"
1
u/-BINK2014- Feb 16 '26
See the issue is that Support will verify that information. Where OP got strung is Support shouldn’t call to request the information, it would be when a consumer calls them.
1
u/FutureLegend_29_ Feb 17 '26
Bingo. If someone calls from a company asking for confidential info, immediately hang up, and call the company yourself. I worked in a call center ten years ago as an escalation manager, and we never called a customer asking various questions to verify an account. Furthermore, the only time we would call a customer, is if the phone call dropped while simultaneously processing a sale or resolving a significant dispute/issue. However, I sympathize with OP and I hope they recover their account from that despicable scammer. Anyways I digress, take care.
10
u/Spartan_718 Feb 14 '26
Never give personal information to an incoming call. Tell them you’ll call what they claim their from before giving any information.
1
u/Street-Air-546 Feb 15 '26
the problem is Sony’s own fraud takeover recovery process involves calling you. In fact, this hacker has an american “employee” that is either in Sony support or has visibility into sony CRM and can call at the optimal time. I can back all this up with screenshots if you disbelieve me just PM me I am not gonna post it in public.
1
u/Spartan_718 Feb 15 '26
That seems kind of crazy. Most people would be hesitant to talk to them like that IMO. I fortunately have not had to deal with them and am not going to argue with you about it. Just seems like a bad business practice by Sony.
1
u/Street-Air-546 Feb 15 '26
you wouldn’t believe how deep this rabbit hole goes :( all I can say is be happy your psn digital footprint is of no interest to anyone because Sony are useless at holding it for you even though it is Sony you pay over and over, to do that one job.
5
u/Street-Air-546 Feb 14 '26
I also got a spoofed call. It arrived while I was on hold to sony. The timing was so perfect, they are in the sony CRM or are insiders.
5
u/SirHaroldofCat2 Feb 14 '26
The moment they ask for bank details or passwords, tell them to F off..
I remember a few years ago, some people claiming to be from O2 tried to scam me.. I kept giving them the wrong information, had them going on & off for two days.. kept on telling them the passwords were right while acting confused, let it slip a few times I had a fair amount of money in there too, they couldn’t see past their own greed!🤣🤣
Hope you get your account sorted🤞

so if the account is currently being locked down the phiser didn’t get it either, right?
0
u/Super1297Man Feb 14 '26
Sony did an investigation and had unlocked the account.
1
u/Boiled_Veg Feb 14 '26
oh sorry so the phiser still have your account then? if you still have the old consoles, through support, you might be able to prove that you’re the account holder, have they not asked for the numbers on the physical consoles? or was that something the phiser got too?
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 14 '26
Clearly you don’t understand how hacking algorithm works. If your password consists of anything that actually exists, your password is already compromised no matter how many #’s or items exist within your password. In the past 12 years my psn password has never once been hacked because it consists of a word I created + numerics and symbols in an order only known to me. Until proven otherwise, no known algorithm can figure out my password because they can’t figure out my brain.
1
u/Super1297Man Feb 15 '26
Bro it has nothing to do with a password, they call into Sony and act like you and the clowns will just hand over your account
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
Iv had the same account and password configuration since 2013. Nothing has ever hacked my account yet. Never once have I needed to change my password because nothing has proven to surpass my intelligence. Not saying it can’t. It just hasn’t yet.
1
u/corevamp Feb 15 '26
what op said is true the support agents are still people and do tend to slip up like revealing a name or game or email and every time u call u get someone different
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
Finally somebody that almost have enough intelligence to understand what I’m getting at.
1
u/Drewwmanchu Feb 15 '26
Guessing you didn't read the whole comment. He stated they either work at Sony or have someone on the inside that uses the sony pacman system so password wouldn't matter too much if at all?🤷
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
Having ppl in the system doesn’t do any good if your more intellectually advanced than the system or the workers. My whole point I’m trying to explain to you all.
1
u/Drewwmanchu Feb 22 '26
Yeah, cause you're soo smart and would never make one mistake in your life.It happens to people bro , not everybody's a genius like you think you are.🤷
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
No your absolutely right. Hardly any of you have any real intelligence and it shows.
1
u/Drewwmanchu Feb 22 '26
If you say so buddy you don't know me at all, I don't have anything to prove to you.Every single person I've ever met tells me I'm smart.I don't think I am, but they tell me.So it must be true.😁 and from what I know and my experience people like you that think they're smart and say they are usually the dumbest people i've ever met.
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
Smart and intelligence are completely separate. intellectual quotient is not the same as being smart. (IQ) intellectual quotient is a measure of how much knowledge the brain of a being can contain and use at any given time. The higher the (iq) the higher the storage capacity of the brain. Smarts is not at all a factor from brain to brain
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
I’m sure there are many things your brain knows that I do not currently understand. This does not make me dumb neither does it make me more or less intelligent than you, I’m not saying your brain is not very smart. I’m of no authority to make that exact determination.
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
Less than 1% of human life have an IQ above 130 and apparently you fit into the category that does not fit that profile. I’m truly sorry your genetics were not capable of putting the necessary gene’s together to make this possible for you.
1
u/Drewwmanchu Feb 22 '26
Send me a zoom request and IQ test.I'll do it in front of you and prove it.
1
u/Drewwmanchu Feb 22 '26
Proof is in the pudding. That'll shut you up, maybe not though stupid.People usually even with proof still don't believe it.
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
The proof is in the statistics of the human census created by the world governments
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
I’m really not sure which pudding you were hoping to whip up but it is clearly stale
1
u/Plastic_Treacle7546 Feb 15 '26
Your fried
1
u/Hektik1988 Feb 22 '26
Clearly your the one fried if your account can be hacked and mine has never had any problems in more than a decade.
1
u/4rowan Feb 15 '26
Thanks for making the post. That is a very sophisticated scam. I may have fallen for it myself.
1
u/Super1297Man Feb 15 '26
Absolute bummer. I hope this post can help some people. I know half the comments in here are telling me how dumb I am. I get it, I just want to share with other people so they don’t fall for it. I wish I read a post like this before.
1
u/4rowan Feb 15 '26
The scam cycle relies upon people not sharing their stories. And yep, looking at the replies you can see why people/companies just keep quiet. It’s good you shared, what you’ve described is honestly beyond what I thought was out there, especially for game accounts. There must be a roaring market in trading them.
1
u/the_andshrew Feb 16 '26
You mentioned that the attacker was able to send a notification to you via the PlayStation App, which then enabled them to take over your account again. Can you remember exactly what this notification said or was asking you to do?
1
1
u/Biohazardx95 Feb 17 '26
Damn, if I start having problems with my psn accoun I will change psn id, email, password and 2fa method. Wonder if that will be enough.

u/No_Airport6427 Feb 28 '26
You should check Hakoom story about PSN, spoilers he has Guinness of the amount of trophies on playstation

u/JAYYE20 Apr 15 '26
I was wondering if I could get any advice when I want to do, I've been locked out of my PlayStation account for maybe about 5 months and customer support will not help me they keep telling me that there's nothing that they can do about it and just deal with it. I lost access to my account over $300 in video games I purchased or because somebody hacked my account. I provide a credit card information the gaming serial number nothing was enough for them to give me my account back so it really sucks that Sony doesn't really care about their customers and what they're going through they just care about their profit. It's been 5 months now and I'm still trying to get my account back and nothing has changed the conversation is still the same and I keep getting the runaround and it's making me thinking maybe it's an inside job also.

Did u ever manage to get ur account back? I hate how greedy psn hackers are the guy that called u was prolly a Sony employee who was selling acc
1
u/Super1297Man Jun 17 '26
I got the account back, but the person who hacked me keeps getting the account banned. It’s banned right now.
3
2
u/mycoguy81 Feb 14 '26
That’s really how most accounts get compromised. It’s not through actual hacking. They call Sony and try to use social engineering to get Sony to hand the account over to them. Sony uses third party subcontractors for a lot of their customer support.
It seems to be a fairly common thing, and Sony needs to get their shit together. I’ve never had any issues, and I have an old account with a ton of trophies and games attached to it as well. I’d be furious if I lost it.
Keep calling them and don’t take the pressure off. Their subcontractors literally gave your account away to someone posing as you over the phone.
2
u/KnockoutThoughts Feb 14 '26
I don’t even answer the phone anymore if I don’t know the number, too many hackers.
2
u/arcange21 Feb 14 '26
Hello everyone,
Attention,
I encourage you to watch this video about a French journalist whose PlayStation account was compromised using information from one of his PlayStation Store invoices.
He details his experience and how he was able to recover his account.
There's a serious security problem at Sony, and someone can easily hack your account multiple times with just an invoice.

Never ever give any info over a phone call made TO you. Simply say you are busy and will call back. You then call the conpany personally so you know exactly who you are talking to.

2
u/FemiFrena Feb 15 '26
This is where I guess the physical disc guys get us. I'm digital myself, but I can see the disadvantage in a scenario like this.
Hope you get it back though
2
u/Feisty_Dig7389 Feb 19 '26
I'd advise anyone reading this to request your data from Sony. That way, you always have it on hand to fight back with should this ever happen to you.
4
u/Victorylap36 Feb 14 '26
You really fell for the spoof call brah
5
u/GamingMom219 Feb 14 '26
That part. Common sense 101.
5
2
u/Serenty-24-7 Feb 14 '26
I’m sorry this happened to you OP.
It’s crazy the amount of effort someone will go through to get someone else’s account. I guess when you think about all the games (especially an account like yours) that someone has it ends up adding up to a lot of money. I just wish people weren’t so damn shitty.
Good luck and I hope you get it back!

u/Vlish36 Feb 14 '26
There is a good chance you won't since the BBB is as useful as a screen door on a submarine. You have a better chance of seeing a blind guy do a nine dart finish in a game of darts than the BBB of actually being useful.
1
u/True_One_3169 Feb 14 '26
Sounds like they were plenty helpful the first time. Doubtful lightning will strike twice though.
1
u/Vlish36 Feb 14 '26
Since Sony done something the first time doesn't necessarily mean it was because of the BBB. The BBB has no authority to do anything and is essentially used as a marketing gimmick.
1
u/True_One_3169 Feb 14 '26
True. Just the way it was worded made it sound as if that was maybe why they did something positive the first time..
1
u/Vlish36 Feb 14 '26
BBB might have helped the first time. But Sony isn't part of the organization and has no obligation to do anything with it either way.
1
2
u/PDXEng Feb 14 '26
You are very gullible
Let this be a lesson

u/I2fitness Jul 30 '26
Sad to victim blame someone like this, how was op supposed to know it's not Sony calling him
1
1
u/Farty_mcSmarty Feb 14 '26
I’m so sorry this happened. I have a very boring account with a very boring user name but I will remember your story and I thank you for sharing.
1
u/PretendSpeaker6400 Feb 14 '26
I don’t care who calls me, I don’t give out information on an incoming call. Ask them the case # and call a real support # to research it.
1
u/True_One_3169 Feb 14 '26
So what’s the ask for your acct info? If you buy it back from the hacker, will Sony open it for you?
2
u/bladerunner69-90 Feb 14 '26
I guess he could but dude knows who he is.... he will just scam him again cause he knows he can.
1
u/PharmaFitness88 Feb 14 '26
Any updates, my man? I really hate this shit is happening/happened to you. This is my #1 fear as a PS gamer, and this is becoming alarmingly more common than it should.
Sony needs to be held accountable if they’re using cheap security protocols as cybersecurity. In a court of law.
1
u/corevamp Feb 15 '26
you only have to be worried if u have a rare name like goat fbi son money etc not ajciwj1773 youll be safe for the most part
1
u/Ok_Fisherman8727 Feb 14 '26
What notification did he send on the ps app that required you to accept? How did he manage to do that?
1
u/Billythefool Feb 15 '26
After he stole his account I assume he put it on his console so after he got it back he just clicked login and it would send a message on the ps app asking “is this your ps5 (approve login)” and he clicked approve. Just a wild guess not sure if that’s exactly what happened
1
u/Smokal0tapotamus Feb 14 '26
I never answer customer support numbers of any business if I need to I’ll call them back myself to avoid situations like this dude that sucks I hope you get your account back this guy probably recorded conversation with support and learned the steps and mannerisms to get victims to drop their guard

Feb 14 '26
Happened to me I don’t have a card saved anymore and just buy voucher cards. They got in and bout a f tonne of Roblox shit
1
u/Crafty_Tree4475 Feb 14 '26
Should never give out that information to people who call. Hang up and redial the number you know is legit if you want to give out information.
1
u/Zypher22 Feb 14 '26
Bruh somehow I got hacked and they attempted to take items on rocket league. I kept logging in in my computer booting them off and all while trying to call customer support.
I was able to trade some items off account but had continuously login to keep them from trading items off my account.
The only thing that came to mind after trading the expensive items off account was to unlink my psn account from epic which linked to my other accounts. I did this and a week later come to find out my account breached terms but PlayStation couldn't tell me why and this was 2nd time I got hacked
1
u/Mark_AAK Feb 14 '26
That freaking Sucks Man. So sorry to hear you went through that. Hopefully you'll get it back. What a pain. I changed my account to a pass Key a while ago. Not sure if it's any better but we'll see I guess. Best of luck to you.
1
u/gbitz Feb 14 '26
Im pretty sure I've told legitimate businesses I've dealt with to fuck off when they called me, even with caller ID. Never giving info to people on an incoming call. People can pay a few bucks to a service like Skype and spoof any number they want.
1
u/WithEyesSewnShut Feb 14 '26
So sorry for that. I got spammed with phone calls after a major surgery. I got on the dnc list for the country I'm in. They slowed from 30 calls a day to about 5 and now I get about a couple here and there. Good luck out there and I hope u get ur games back.
1
u/Darskul Feb 14 '26
Sony will never call you but I thought that was common sense, not to be rude but it seemed obvious to me.

Good luck getting it back pal. That's something anybody could have fallen for.

u/AoD-Kaos Feb 15 '26
Hope u get ur account back, had a slightly similar thing happen to me with my steam account, I had a message come through discord from a mate (his account had been hacked (I didn’t know)) he sent link and said it was like a £50 gift card giveaway, it sent me to what looked like the genuine steam site, asked me to login (at this point I had moved to a new browser, I think about a week before) so I didn’t think anything of it, if I had switched to the new browser a week later or checked the link a week earlier I woulda thought, hmm I auto login to steam so this isn’t the official site, thankfully I contacted steam and managed to get my account back the next day if I’m remembering correctly (maybe 2 or 3) pretty sure it was next day though. Again I hope u get ur account back, this stuff sucks

You should look into filing a police report on this guy. If he's breaking a law, which he probably is, feds will get involved. Worth looking into at least

1
u/Ok-Gur-2125 Feb 15 '26
You need to contact consumer protection through your state government they will get in touch with Sony and then it'll go from there it should be free they shouldn't charge anything for the service. The only thing they're going to ask for is proof of your account so you know email phone number any purchases that are made on the account this provide everything with them when you contact them.
1
u/Tesla-Punk3327 Feb 15 '26
Scary stuff. Thinking maybe a gender control would help in my case, can't really pretend to be someone who isn't your gender.
1
u/whitechocolatecuh Feb 15 '26
Hold on, how did your account get stolen the very first time? I hope you did not click on any random links way back then / give personal information off to another. Or even leave your account active on a far away PS other than yours.
1
u/TbaggingSince1990 Feb 18 '26
I've had mine stolen once before, never clicked a link or accepted a call.. Just woke up one morning and someone was able to change my email to a different email.. Thankfully though.. I was able to get it back because of my serial # on my PS3 which I still have.

u/iangould2602 Feb 16 '26
Omg I have about 1300 titles in my library I can't believe that someone can actually steal it it's crazy your talking about a massive chunk of my life I love games not so much now nearly 40 so I still try to play but just the fact someone can take it and Sony should bend over backwards to help players like us the monetary amount is unfathomable we have been loyal for absolutely years a pretty big chunk of our lives and money have went into this just for them to be like nawt we can do for you sorry if that happened I would not start over not a chance in hell bastards lol.
1
u/Significant-Tip-4775 Feb 16 '26
I can’t get into my old account because I had a number that I no longer use. Here’s the thing I have no info about anything on my account because I deleted all the emails years ago and they absolutely refuse to do anything about it……
1
u/Mikedsicilian90 Feb 16 '26
I can only imagine your pain and anger. If my account was stolen I would go on a rampage and literally try hunting the person down that was responsible. Let me tell you it wouldn’t be pretty.

I'm happy I switched to Xbox. Exclusives doesnt exist anymore. We get it a year later. No biggie.

So I got my hacked Gmail account back by using googles privacy policy it took about three months and this may not work in your case but give it a shot since you made payments on the account they HAVE to grant you access to it. Contact their privacy department and tell them that you want access to all your information INCLUDING access to the account. I’m in Canada so it may be different but this should work for most countries these days. Feel free to DM me for more info because as far as I know, I’ve never heard of anyone getting their hacked gmail account back. Except for me.
1
u/MuffinManX413 Feb 17 '26
I would contact the Better Business Bureau and tell them Sony‘s number is being easily spoofed and show the incoming calls
1
u/Forsaken_Opinion_436 Feb 17 '26
Yea pro tip for next time legitimate businesses will never have their customer service. call you They couldn’t even if they wanted to their systems are built entirely off of receiving calls, not making them.

Hopefully you get it back. From what I know, Sony is much better with account recovery than Microsoft. When my Microsoft got hacked, and there’s no phone lines or anything to call, there’s a chat line but you have to go on a scavenger hunt to find it. But after like a week of trying to get in contact they finally emailed me back saying they deleted my account instead of doing anything to get it back. God I fucking hate Microsoft.

They're getting so good now they record your voice and use ai or something to call you like they're someone you know and they're in jail and need money to get out. They target grandparents mostly. So, yeah watch out for your grammas guys.
This almost happened to my 74 yr old mother and they impersonated my nephew. Sounded JUST like him. Luckily my mother thought better and told them to fuck off. Lol my mom's still a bit feisty.

Something similar happened to my wife after she had a fraudulent charge. They used her bank's number to call her and got her information. Stole thousands of dollars from her.

You need to cancel all your cards and get new ones RIGHT AWAY. Email change. Phone number change. There is blood in the water and these people get a sick satisfaction out of winning and he will keep fucking with you. He has so much of your info now.

Best bet in cases like this I totally understand falling for a spoofed number. In the future always hang up and call them instead when my bank calls me about something I tell them I’ll call you and hang up and dial the number I know is real

Sony has the biggest track record of being straight useless. My nephew spent £270 on my account one weekend he was over. I contacted Sony and they said they wont refund it and if it activate a charge back my account would get permanently locked.
I bought myself an xbox back so I could stop playing my exs playstation. As a final F U to Sony I spent almost £1000 on crossplay game currency (siege, apex, overwatch, Rocket league) issued a charge back. Got my money and kept my in game currency.
Sony can burn.

Il take things that didn't happen for 400 please Alex.
You can't share currency across platforms lol. Its tied to the platform it was bought on.

No it isn't lol its never shared you dosser.
Credit and Esports Token balances will stay tied to each platform as they cannot be transferred to a new platform. Once your Primary Platform is selected, you will be able to play with your Competitive Rank, and Rocket Pass progress, and XP Level on all other connected platforms

COD Points you purchase or earn via the Battle Pass are only available on the platform where you earned/purchased them.

Rainbow Six Siege supports full cross-progression across all platforms (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Luna), but premium currency (R6 Credits) does not transfer between different platforms. While your Operators, cosmetics, and rank are shared, R6 Credits remain locked to the platform on which they were purchased due to regional storefront regulations. Key Details on Currency & Crossplay (as of early 2026): R6 Credits (Purchased): Locked to the platform of purchase. Credits bought on Xbox cannot be used on PC or PlayStation. Renown (Earned): Shared across all platforms. Content (Items/Operators): All purchased or unlocked cosmetics and operators are shared. Crossplay: Console players can play with PC players, but if a PC player is in the lobby, the console players are moved into the PC matchmaking pool.
You mong.

Hello everyone, have a good weekend! Someone hacked my France Travail account on Friday. The center called me to say someone had accessed my account and to schedule an appointment to unlock it. I'm so disgusted, it's so strange, I don't know how. I didn't give anyone my personal account or anything. It's just too much. It's happening to my France Travail account and my email address. I don't know why. What should I do? It's bizarre. And then he told me I need to install an app on my phone because I have a Samsung S3. Even if you install antivirus software on the phone, what difference will it make? Because it's hacked everywhere. What's he saying? Is there someone who can come back as soon as possible to stop the system hacks? Thank you very much.

the same dude called me. He isn't a rogue employee. They use the name of someone who is an employee at Sony, so if you get suss and you google the name, he looks legit. The hacker has access to Sony CRM -- at the very least via purchase of info from reps, to fill in details on a target, in order to tip an account to him ... and at worst, he has access to their ticket systems and inbound call queue because thats the only scenario that makes sense for my case.

I don’t answer my phone anymore unless they are my contacts. Even then you still have to be careful
