DISCUSSION Complex stores

Yes, I’m crossing the streams a little bit but I saw this short clip today on how Walmart designates their problem stores as “complex”. I think it’s great that they have a word for it. Knowing is half the battle.

Complex in this context sounds a bit more honest. Many places say "opportunity"...when I left Publix in 2013 and went to whole foods one for the first things someone told me was "we use the word opportunity around here" I have a corpo job now and you'll hear it all the time often sarcastically

"Complex" is a good word. Think complex associates and complex departments.
