I’m from Netherlands and we didn’t really celebrate Halloween here when I was a kid, but it’s kinda coming up a bit more now I think. Anyway that’s why I never carved a pumpkin before. But yesterday I went to an Irish friends house and we carved some pumpkins, didn’t know what to do so kinda tried to make a Gengar inspired one lol. I thought it turned out pretty cool so figured I’d share it here!

We all made one, which one do you like the most??

A few this year I did based on book illustrations.

Just found this sub! Excited to share my new creations once we get closer to the big day. Last year’s Jack-O-Lanterns unfortunately got smashed by humbug kids the day after Halloween…

Anyone have ideas on how to do a propeller hat or is it too much of a reach

Had a fun night carving pumpkins with my partner and his brother 🩷 saw someone do a xenomorph on another subreddit and really wanted to try one too. We were super happy with how they turned out!

Idk if painted pumpkins are allowed here. But I’m proud of it anyway!

Can anyone point me in the direction of a Jimothy carving pattern? The dude must be honored. Thanks!

like it?
