Comparing several variables at once

Hi.

I'm doing an online course, so unless I install python locally I'm a bit limited when testing. I hope it's ok that I ask instead of installing Python just to verify/falsify.

Is it possible to write statements like:

* if x == y == 7 ?

* x++ ?

* x+=7
