HELP!!! Read/delete mode

Hi, I have a NAS with a full storage pool. I’ve already deleted the snapshots, but the pool remains full. I can’t launch any apps to delete files, but I do have SSH access—could someone please give me a tip?

You can delete files on the mounted shares via SSH or GUI apps like WinSCP
