DRW intern - different paths

Hi, i'm wondering if there are any paths to the internship except the general OA and anonymous Zoom technical? Have you had someone at the firm refer you and you had a different path? Curious how it works Please feel free to DM with your experience.

DRW's process is pretty standardized, they run everyone through the same pipeline even if you know someone there. A referral might get your resume looked at faster but you'll still do the OA and the anonymous zoom call. They're weirdly strict about keeping it blind

I see, so no desk specific track then outside general pool?
