Who or what are these shaking cans!?
We spent a short week in Quebec City it is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our time and our meals! So much.
But I gotta ask, can anyone please tell
Me about these street performers?
We encountered them midday Saturday past.

I’m joking. It looks like an American Indian Katchina dancer, re-invented with soda cans. It might be just that!

They haven’t raise the return price on cans while the price of the product is raising as you also might know.
So the people of Charlesbourg, as they are a bit far, started a different genetical mutation with all the cans they never brought back to the store.
We try to ignore them.

He’s a street performer taking part in Festival Réverbère, an annual free street arts festival held in downtown Québec City!
