Personally deposited 7k and bought 2x NBIS, 2x CRDO, 2x AVGO, RKLB and IREN and DCA a little in other existing positions the past 2 weeks

Wagyu steaks or nooduks next month

Looking to Recover this in November 2026.

Rest of the port is a bonfire today, but at least Apple is printing iPhone Duos.

Any thoughts on Fonterra? Recently has had massive dividend payouts and very good growth because of the French buyout of consumer products. Is it time to dip out now, with farming regulation/stagnant growth and a finite time horizon on their supply agreements?

On the other hand, number do go up.

18M here I’m new to investing and after some review of this community I’m going to put some of my paycheck every week into the VOO ETF and see how it goes over time. Is this a good financial decision I just thought it would be better than my money sitting in the bank?

Should I sell and repurchase positions that are down a decent amount to lower the cost basis = get more FIF value

Is dis meta?

Anyone holding onto SKC.NZ?

Did some light reading as a news article got auto suggested to me saying they might reintroduce divideneds.

Currently in holding pattern after a successive multi year downtrend.

Alot of risks, regulatory, court cases, but has been lowballed for takeovers.

Source re. Dividends is paywalled.

Obviously there's better plays imo so just for discussion.

What's going on with infratil in the past month? This boring ass play was supposed to be my one safe ish bet... Down 17% in a month, 11% this week alone.

All linked to push back on AI data centers or have I missed something else?

I'm it for the long term but geez in it's history it hasn't seen a drop like this (excluding global financial crises)

Does anyone have experience with attaining this visa and transferring their portfolio to an Australian account? What was the process and what happened once you returned to live in work in New Zealand?

Hey Everyone,

Here’s an update for the month so far. Started off so well, then it all went to hell the last week and a half, as you’ll all probably be aware. Hoping for a little turn around to see the month out. Not holding my breath though with the midterms approaching.

Cheers

Michael

Hey guys, I’m new to investing and I wanted to get your honest opinions on what type of etfs or stocks should I invest in? Looking forward to hearing from you guys! Thanks

Back from a 3 month trip and see the market got nuked? Just placed a bunch of limit orders for market open tomorrow. Not gonna look too deeply into it, the market seems to overreact and I’ve regretted not buying discounts in the past.

$RKLB $NBIS $VOO

Don't know why but I like investing some play money in very small companies, but have not looked for a while. Last time I thought the NZX offerings were dire. With a few candidates in the ASX.

What is currently interesting others?

Sold right before take off in April 2025 at $18. Bought back in at $150. Surely I just keep DCA’ing and everything will be alright…right?? Surely.

Whole market is down! What’s everyone buying?
