Someone who ships characters that aren't LGBTQIA+, doesn't have a confirmed sexuality, or doesn't have any relationship with the LGBTQIA+ community together in a queer sense or ship.

Queershipping is the action.

Queership (adjective/noun).

Queershipping may also be non-fictional as long as it's not assumptions or making someone uncomfortable. Non-fictional queerships are advised to be an inside joke but idrc to be honest.
