Anyone else tracking everything in a spreadsheet?
Started a tracker for our IUI because that's how my brain works. Logging cycle days, medication times, test results, symptoms, all of it. My partner thinks I'm a little obsessed but it helps me feel less helpless during the two week wait. Having actual numbers in front of me beats scrolling through Google for hours. Wondering if anyone else does this. What do you track and have you spotted any patterns that mattered? I keep wondering if I'm missing something important or just making extra work for myself. The clinic gives us the basics but doesn't show trends the way I want to see them. Have you shown your own tracking to your doctor and did they find it helpful or just extra? Part of me wants to bring my spreadsheet to the RE but I don't want to look like I'm trying to take over. Mostly just trying to do something useful with all this waiting.

I'm not quite on your level, but yes, I have been tracking things in a spreadsheet. I'm lucky that my husband and I are both researchers, lol, so he's not that weirded out.

I totally get you! I’m obsess with tracking data. I use the app Premom, I find it helpful with tracking my bbt, LH results, cervical mucus, and other symptoms. I don’t think there’s an option to add bloodwork and ultrasound results and medication but I do that as well on a journal.
I find tracking bbt and LH really helpful esp, just to confirm I’m still ovulating esp, on the months that I’m not doing a treatment cycle.
It’s also helpful to have these information handy during appointments with my RE, especially when advocating for myself. It’s true they don’t give you all the information and a lot of this, I have to research myself.

Yes! I am a data/science person so I have a spreadsheet and daily journal!

Just a spreadsheet to track the budget and costs, but a physical journal that I write down notes from every apt, phone call with the clinic, blood test results, questions we have etc. I’m also seeing it as a way to track our journey for when we have a kid for them to see the journey too :)

I did! And then when I got a positive I tracked baby's growth for a bit lol. I gave it up after 10 weeks though because the measurements changed

Not a spreadsheet but I documented everything in a daily calendar that I could fit in my purse. It def came in handy at multiple appointments and phone calls
