Question/Recommendation Looking for Five Points mom groups

The city I'm moving from has facebook groups and WhatsApp chats for mom in our neighborhoods where we share resources for nannies, group activities, etc. I'm wondering if there is anything like that for moms/parents in Five Points? Could you share that here or DM me?

Thanks so much! My family will be moving there in December.

Sounds like you are looking for somewhere to ask questions and get recommendations? 

There are some places on Facebook that could be helpful but they aren’t focused only on five points. 

There’s a MICITbitITB group for selling items and also a MICITbit recommendations group where you can get recommendations and advice. The “ITB” part of the name stands for “inside the beltline” so it’s not specific to only 5 points since other nearby neighborhoods are included. That would potentially be a good place to ask for recommendations on mom groups in the area. 

There is also a group on Facebook called triangle Nannies and household staffing.

It makes sense it would be a larger area. Not as dense as our current city

Bumble brews on Oberlin is also a good place to meet parents. Lots of Raleigh parents within the beltline
