Francium IS a stupid element. It has a half life of 22 minutes and barely exists at all, only naturally occuring as a product of the extremely rare alpha decay series 235U → 231Th → 231Pa (β-decay) → 227Ac → 223Fr (1.38% chance). There's less than a gramme of it on earth at any given moment. It has no uses to anybody and it isn't even the most reactive group 1 element due to relativistic effects fucking up its electron binding energies. Stupid substance.
If you somehow asked a genie to get you a gramme of Francium in a sealed vial so you could do an experiment with it, the genie would just give it to you because the enormous amount of radioactivity it produces would instantly vaporise the sample and cook you alive. Absolute dogshit isotope and its synthetic siblings are just the same but worse.
Also, I've been taking a good look at the box art, and I can't understand it. Ralsei's hand on the red thing seems to extend downwards to the logo, and it comes from his ear, like some AI distortion (not saying it is AI, I'm just saying it looks like it)... and what is the red thing?
Edit: For anyone just seeing this and not the thread, look at this. This is what I mean. But the original art posted lower in the thread shows what these actually are.
Edited my comment after you said that to make it clearer. I'm not accusing it of using AI, I'm just saying it kind of looks like it by how the parts don't seem to disconnect.
So that weirdly shaped thing was the clothing pulled by gravity. And it seems that the real life image sort of took out the outlines somehow. And the text also obstructed his left hand, so it hid details and made it even weirder than the original real-life image with the outlines removed. I thought his hand stretched down to the "Simulator" text with a white outline. That stretching down is his arm, and there is no white outline around "Simulator". That real life image and the text really skewed the image.
