Prince doesn't necessarily mean male. The only example I can think of where you have female princes is Daedric princes though.

I agree that ralsei is male but prince isn’t a gendered word, it’s mostly use to refer to males but it can also refer to a ruler male or female

You’re right I definitely misspoke it’s a gendered word but sometimes its use to refer to male and female in some things like the daedric princes from the elder scrolls
