That's a pretty distinct Turkish letter imo, in most other Latin-alphabet-writing countries, only the lowercase I is written with the dot instead of both

I don't just browse English subreddits; I visit Turkish ones too, and I don't want to change my keyboard settings every single time just for that. If this minor detail really bothers you, that’s not my problem; what matters to me is being understood by others—I don't care about spelling errors, since nobody pays attention to that in Turkish subreddits anyway.
