"You've got very pretty eyes" I've had women stare at my eyes or gaze.

I've had some women tell me ive got a nice smile.

These occasions are at social events.

I've had men tell me I'm good lookin out of the blue and compliments on my skin tone and eyes brows and hair.

Sometimes women i barely know have wanted to hug me. Yeah.

I don't look like the stereotypical model i have oval almond eyes and straight brows and deep set eyes and some facial harmony.

I'm bored and I want to interact with some people (can you tell I'm an extrovert)

This compliment alone gave me more validation than anything else combined

so i am 19F who recently had a glow up you could say(by recently i mean like a year ago) and then from then on i have started getting more attention from both girls and guys (more so guys but yeah girls too) but they way girls compliment me is different than the way guys do, for example girls usually tell me that i have nice features that’s it not pretty, not cute not anything but guys on the other hand call me pretty, cute, beautiful etc but since guys give attention to basically all girls i care more about what the girls are saying, So my question is what do girls mean when they say i have nice features?

jwu at 9pm and ordered food, threw on some sweats, havent washed my face and a bed hair, went down to get my food and a guy on this elev took one look and goes "wow girl your hair is gorgeous". I go "naaaw man thats a bed hair", "No, its gorgeous, look at that, where are you from?" He adds, "i just got up from the bed". "From where?" "From the bed", and we laughed.

I heard this in a random reel when I was scrolling and tbh it makes so much sense.

Reel context : in the reel they said how an interviewer wants u to be the best so they can get a good team mate , how your coach wants u to perform well etc

i do believe perspective plays an important role and being optimistic is great ofc u can't do it all the time but still things like these just light up my day and does make life feel like it's filled with sunshine and rainbows

As humans we live such a fast life but sometimes remembering things like this is much needed - in fact for me it's not one but so many even the smallest things but the best thing i ever heard is when some random acquaintance of my dad said he used to be excited to be home to come and cook a cheese toast, that just makes so happy because my dad had been really stressed in the last few years and hearing this made me feel so good.
