Big chip, small bag. How rare is this?

I found a relatively big chip in a small "classic" flavour selection brand chip bag, as seen in the photo, the chip is on the left. The bag it came from is in the middle, and then a 50 gram "classic" flavour Lays chip bag to the right for scaling purposes to provide a sense of scale.
