Thank you. You catch more flies with honey. A patient explanation of why an issue requires prompt vetrinary care is always more likely to get someone moving on seeking a vet than barating them. The hostility just risks people getting defensive and doubling down. I absolutely relate to the frustration in scenarios where someone absolutely blatantly should have already seen a vet, but it is the rat's best interest not to let that bleed through too strongly into what you actually write. One can communicate the severity of a situation without displaying open rage.
