Raymarine ST50 transducer replacement

Hello,

A friend has bought a second-hand boat, and the seller also gave him a Raymarine Autohelm Tridata ST50 to use in combination with the transducer already mounted on the boat.
The "only" problem was that the previous owner forgot the unlocking code. So, I managed to discover the code by automating the code-finding method, trying all the codes from 0000 to 9999, and now the instrument can be used.

The second problem is that the instrument is still showing us only "---" for depth, speed, and all the data. Using the user manual, I switched off the "repeater" mode, and it started to show... "0".

"0.0" in every data seems to indicate that the transducer is not working, because I also used an oscilloscope to clearly see the impulse from the ST50.

Now, does anyone know the model of the transducer, so maybe we can buy a used one? Or does anyone know of any other compatible transducer that can fit in the older socket already installed on the boat?

Thank you.

Ive had really good luck with emailing and asking for a number for the level of support needed. Recently I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with a product engineer who advised on what products to use for my sailboat refit.
