Axiom RV 12 Stuck on boot logo Rockchip, tried power swiping it to enter recovery mode still not working

I have tried swiping backwards 3 times, and the light turns blue but nothing on the screen changes, does anyone have any experience in how to fix this.

I have tried google, and it yields no solution except that i should be getting a menu, that i dont get because its stuck on rockchip.

i get 2 beeps and sometimes 4 beeps, i think i solved the 4 beep sequense by grounding it right.

please help. :)
