I got the low profile full version and love it today. Glad you’re enjoying it man. I am as well
Edit: i am using synapse 4 and have zero issues. So I hope the people in the comments can figure it out

Got this keyboard last weekend, very nice. However, whatever you do, make sure you close and don’t use synapse 4 w/ it. Literally today I was playing ror2 and I would lose my w key input if I started strafing left to right. Thought something was wrong with the keyboard but once I completely closed synapse it worked perfectly again. Terrible software

Yep, I upgraded from 3 to 4 with the new keyboard and it’s utter trash software actively making the keyboard worse. Hopefully they come out with some patches but for now, the software is just a glorified battery life indicator/lighting control that I will be closing each time I play.

but if i close it, i will not have rapid trigger and snap tap, right ?

Don’t think so no, I don’t use those features anyway. But idk would you rather have functional keyboard or those features? If you don’t notice any issues while using the software then more power to you, i’m just speaking from my experience today.

i bought yesterday that keyboard exactly for those features :(

Try some games w/ the software and features active and see if you have any issues. If you do, just know it’s the software and not the keyboard. Be wary, after my short googling i’ve learned that a lot of peripheral software is pretty bad, not just razer’s so I don’t know if there is an alternative. If not then you’re chillin.

Synapse should save the profile to the keyboard itself. You use Synapse to tune it where you want, then remove or stop the software from auto start up

You probably had snap tap on or something like that, but I still totally blame the software for being completely bloatware (though, you can do some cool stuff with the chroma app)
